I want to file a complaint against a company based in Pune for not paying me for my translation job that I did in Pune this year in May 2023 for 4 days. Initially they did not respond to my calls and E mails but after a lot effort got in touch with them and had a heated discussion over E mail. They threatened that if I go to social media against them then they will file a defamation lawsuit against me. I am based out of Kolkata and it is not possible for me to go to Pune and launch a physical complaint against this company. Could you please guide me how can I launch a police complaint against them without having going to Pune. Will remain indebted to you for your input.
