I filed my grievence. Though the issue was not solved as third party was involved.. However my issue was addressed by cpgrams.👍

I have used this multiple times...
This thing has saved me a Lot of times..
Specially when police station refused to lodge my complaints...
Only thing to note here is all sub-judice matters are excluded from this service...
No action can be takken there...

I used this to get my house back from tanents who had earlier stopped paying rent and refused to leave for 2 years..
After no help from police department..
The complainant was routed to CMOPG by PMOPG but since the complainant was logged with PMOPG it still got resolved..
The tenant was evicted and i got my house back..
Had to forfeit over a years wort of rent though...
The officer assigned was quite willing to help....

I have used it my for my Vat deposit refund which was pending from 2yrs with no relief when all documents was proper in Mazgoan office mumbai the officer kept delaying it as i refused to bribe him.
Shockingly got a letter from Finance ministry - cc to commissioner of Exise of Maharashtra & my refund was issued within 15 days .

filed for a friend of mine his PPF A/c was stucked as he was not the nominee after his mother died the process was stucked for 3 to 4 months but after the complaint it got resolved within a week and after the money was transfered he came crying and thanked me. The only problem with CPgram would be why such a good portal isn't advertised at all a lot public problems can be addressed in this way.

I second the fact that CPGRAMS actually works. I've used it atleast 7 times in my life so far and not even once I've been disappointed. 2 times was related to IndiaPost where I received an update from Post Master of my GPO with Cabinet Secretary in CC to the email (both times) 1 time regarding a complaint against BSNL and I received an email from CGM of my circle with an apology and solution with Chief Accounts Officer (Grade A officer) in the CC of email, 1 time there was a matter with the Military and the reply came from MoD HQ Delhi and 3 times with my state govt for miscellaneous issues and every time I've received an email and have been asked to provide feedback. Yes, it definitely works.

This awesome. I am regular viewers of your channel sir. I was chasing one complaint with my village grampanchayat from last 4-5 years.
Actually there is big water tank right in front of my house which supplies water to all over village. But It is very old.lifespan of that tank is already over 9-10yr back and can collapse at any time. So my family's life is in danger. Despite repeated complaints to the Gram Panchayat, no action is taken.

I saw this video of yours and I lodged a complaint from this portal on 5th April and surprisingly the government took note of this and sent an official for verification today.
Not sure they will take strict action or not on this but atleast they put some focus.

I used it once to lodge a complaint against Idea. People from Idea themselves called me and asked for my issues thereafter. It actually works
