Really great video thank you for sharing. The only thing I would’ve probably added is just a sidenote to check your jurisdiction if you’re allowed to serve via certified mail as well and Lou of the process server or the sheriffs or doing the waiver of service.

I am trying to decide if I am going to name the individuals in their official capacity or as city officials.
Does it make a difference?
This is dealing with the fact that each person played a role in an " exclusive use" contract that locked out the public 24/7, 365 days s year for 5 years from accessing a public park facility ( arena) that is located in a public park, in which the horse owning community has used for decades.


Many people were part of this.
My horses are going crazy and they now have nowhere to run.

The city gave a private club the authority to lock out the public from accessing this facility.
They have made false police reports and i have been detained twice now by the police

by law the people have to have equal access to the courts so no one actually has to pay any fees also the courts are funded
