I cut the carbs, increased fitness activities and performance, walk after every meal, add more spices and herbs to my diet, go to bed earlier . Worked pretty good with excellent results from stubborn constant 118 fasting blood test down to between 75 - 87, steadily and consistently the past 3weeks.

I increased my late night snack to include more complex carbs (ezekiel bread, hummus, a small bowl of bean chili, etc with a good dose of protein - a can of sardines, peanut butter, cold chicken with 2 squares of dark chocolate, veggie sticks and strawberries--followed by my medication. It was counter-intitutive to increase my evening snack. I eat breakfast, fast until dinner and then 11:00 pm snack. In the morning it is 6 - 7 mmol in the am. It is lower with high protein like sardines. A smaller snack, which is what I did at first pushes it up to 7.5 - 9.00 as I am guessing the liver is compensating. The key is really complex healthy carbs (not a bag of chips lol) and high protein- so sugar is slowly released--followed by medication. Each person is very different but after much frustration, this is what worked for me.

Interesting presentation..my blood sugar does not spike with a low carb meal, I go from say 87 up to 110. My night problem starts around 4am and climbs till mid day leveling at 220-230, then as I eat a low carb lunch it slowly drops back into normal range of 110 by 3pm, by dinner at 6:30pm my level is 95 or so, low carb dinner rise to 115, then back down to 100

Good morning. I am a non diabetic. But my fbs is always between 120- 135, and pps is below 125 mg/dl for the last 5 years. My health is quite normal to compete with people who are below 40 years though I am 77 years. Is it good or bad for my age? Please clarify my doubt, and suggest me precautions if at all needed. I am healthy do walking gardening. Please clarify my doubts doctor.

Excellent video! Doctor could you cover Hashimoto's and High Blood Sugar spikes. I've been diagnosed with Hashimoto's since 2018 and Diabetes Type 2 since 2021 and it's been a roller coaster and most recently dealing with high blood sugar spikes it comes and goes, I'm eating salads, avocados and no fast foods and no fried foods. If you could cover this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thank GOD for you. Your glucose support has dropped my numbers to where they do not go over 100 after eating. Been T2 for 14 years. My morning numbers were always high. 150 or higher. After 1 week of this supplement this morning my fasting glucose was 103. This is amazing. I also started taking neuropathy support for my feet. Been taking it for a week and starting to get results. This morning I ordered your super berberine for my cholesterol and triglycerides. I also ordered 3 more bottles of glucose sugar support 180 capsules. I really can't believe the results I am getting. Cholesterol and triglycerides are high due to keto and carnivor diet. Lost 60 pounds. Been adjusting my diet after watching your videos. Hope the super berberine works as good as the other supplements.
God bless
Tom

I am nearly 80 years old and have been a type 1 diabetic snce I was 26. I use a CGM and eat 6 smaller meals each day. I am taking half of my daily dose of long acting insulin at 12 hour intervals. I take calculated doses of fast acting insulin prior to each meal based on the carbohydrates of the meal and a metabolic factor determined empirically. I keep my CGM receiver within reach 24/7/365. If the low alarm sounds, I also have small snacks available 24/7/365 to mitigate low blood sugar episodes.
All of that is working well for me as I've been disabled for approximately four years. No exercise from the waist down, with a target of only 500 steps per day using a hemi walker. So far no falls. I appreciate your information, even though it's targeted to type 2 diabetics which actually a more dificult to control than type 1. BTW my A1c is currently 6.4 wit a target no more than 7.
The real crime is that such a large percentage of all diabetics don't think that their condition is a critical health issue. Hey - anyone reading this who is diabetic of any level, YES YOU HAVE A CRITICAL HEALTH ISSUE THAT REQUIRES CONSTANT MAINTENANCE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LONG AND ACTIVE LIFE! 😎
