Luteal Phase Yoga: Ease PMS With Calming Hatha Flow
Показать описание
Hi everyone, I'm Lauren, and welcome to the final class in my series "Yoga for Your Menstrual Cycle." Today's session is all about the luteal phase, which occurs from day 15 to 28 of your cycle. During this time, your body prepares for a possible pregnancy, and you might experience various PMS symptoms like tiredness, bloating, and irritability.
In this gentle Hatha yoga practice, we'll focus on slow, mindful movements and calming breathing exercises to help you feel more balanced and relaxed. We'll start with Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, to purify the energy channels and balance your sun and moon energies. Join me and Zoey, roll out your mat, and let's begin this soothing practice designed to ease your luteal phase symptoms.
