My struggle is hormonal, at 53 no matter how healthy I eat I can’t seem to break through the 180s. I’ll definitely try this! I’m not big on sugars, I’m not big on fast food… I IF most days with a 6 hour eating window ending at 8pm.

I have being doing a 48 hour fast once a week and sometimes more because I dont get hungry like I used to. I have lose over 90 pounds and burn stored fat by ketosis 😊

When my daughter was around 8 or 10 years old and she asked if she could have a certain prepackaged food, I told her if she could pronounce everything on the ingredient label, she could have it. She would often give up before she got to the end. 😏

Thank you so very much I love this video I have shared it with several of my friends. I also was a child in the '80s not the '70s that my mom taught me how to read ingredient labels. I am so grateful for this I am so grateful for your videos they have helped me so much and I have your books as well. God bless you!

The obesogens are in just about all the food products in mainstream grocery stores. When I started trying to eliminate just high fructose corn syrup & food dyes...I was amazed at how many food products that eliminated from my shopping list at a grocery store. Thanks for sharing all you share with us, Dr. Mindy!

Fibre, protein, then carbs.... Great idea, but high fibre generally comes with higher carbs (unless the salad is pure cauliflower 😂)
