You need to be more specific in this video. Once I enter cmd, what dir do I need to be in? You are showing X: Windows System32. Do I need to be on the drive that windows is installed on? Because in my case it is showing x sources

If this guy's steps aren't working, try this:

1. From your recovery drive (usually X:), search for your drive with your windows installation by typing dir c: then dir d: dir e: so you know which one it is.
2. Type bcdboot E:\windows ( Mine was on E: )
3. Restart.
