I don’t know what happened with mine I mean I bought the game used. It was Hogwarts Legacy and I think I put my PlayStation on rest mode, while the game was still downloading I thought by doing that nothing will happen. Then I had to leave for work and then I receive a message with that error.

My disc has some scratches but it works at the ps4, at my ps5 it copys 3-7 GB of 12 but than this ce is showing and i did all all think's on the video

You can also try getting the dust out the disc drive with a air can because sometimes dust can block the lens from fully reading the disc.
