I accidently left my Branch desk plugged in on vacation and there was a really bad storm that while i was away and i was afraid this would happen but its now fixed. ty for this awesome video. (This worked on my Branch Standing Desk)

I have a newer model and the reset was both "Up" and "Down" arrows at the same time for about 5-10 seconds. This triggered a reset which solved my error..

Omg! You have no idea how long this has been messed up for me. I've even been getting shoulder pain from the right side being slightly higher because I thought it was just stuck like this forever. Crazy how long I had to hold the down button for because that was the first thing I tried by guessing, but it didn't work.
