Bcdboot C:\Windows worked for me the second time. The first time I didn't unplug the USB drive for fear of corruption. The second time I unplugged after the the hardware logo appeared and before the ring of dots (if there would be any). That's about the only thing missing from your video -- to specify when to disconnect the USB/DVD.
