Walker does not move the needle physically! They a serious trade

Robertson and the Islanders 3rd in 24 to Arizona for Jason Zucker and Matt Dumba 50 percent contract value. Well-priced and positionally relevant this move would be the perfect move at the line. Good luck Leafs this is our year to over-achieve and mature. 🏴‍☠️

Boone Jenner over soft Monahan any day of the week. What are you guys talking about?

Walker isn't going to change or fix the Leafs one iota. Giving up more high end assets for another rental is why the Leafs are struggling this year. The asset pool is already depleted. If Walker was 6'3" 220 pounds and had another year left on his contract then I would be interested at that asking price.

Flyers fan here. Walker has helped steady our defense from last year, which was the league's worst. He's no All-Star, but consistently has been responsible on D, chips in goals occasionally, & is a good team player on the ice & in the room. Not going to return a 1st rounder unless another player is involved, more likely a 3rd at best. Personally, I'd say keep him - still in his late 20's & on a very reasonable contract. Problem is the Flyers' AHL team is heavy with really good D prospects about a year or 2 away. Seeler is in the same situation, plays a little more physical, leads the league in blocks, similar age, & on a good contract. Ristolinen, currently Injured, may be more likely to be moved. His play & minutes are down to 3rd pair minimum & his contract is huge, in dollars & years, tying up valuable salary cap space, thanks to the stupidity of Chuck Fletcher. Marc Stall, terrible at age 39, has to go.

Hard no. Unless its koneckny is somehow involved. Leafs are not giving up high picks and prospects for bottom 6 players depth players and UFAs this is why they're in this position in the first place

Explain how a fist rounder gets you either a top 4 D or a 3rd line centre the 2 players have substantial value differences how can they both be worth a 1st round pick

You guys ever get tired of being wrong? The Flyers are in a playoff spot, why would they liquidate? In fact, they have more points than the Leafs.

Domi Jenner jarnkrok would be a gritty hard to play against 3 rd. line

Will Walker sign in Canada? If not it's a waste of assets that the leafs lack. Does Walker make the leafs a cup contender, probably a not because they have too many holes to fill. Risto is a sheltered 3rd pairing guy getting payed like a #3 d-man. Boone Jenner has said he doesn't want to move and Columbus has said they aren't trading him.

Walker isn't worth a 1st +. He's a rental who will most likely walk.

There not trading a 1st rounder for Sean Walker. 2nd he's not big enough for Treviling D. 3rd he's overrated. He's so great we've never talked about him before. A big No!

Leafs should ride out the season trade off any of the 11 upcoming UFA’s for picks and a D guy . There against the cap with no picks is tough place to be in . Next years UFA’s is a little light but a couple gems could be found .

Simply, the Leafs NEED big, heavy, tough players if they ever want to be a solid Stanley Cup contender! Skill alone does not cut it. When will management realize that team toughness goes along way in the playoffs! Teams like Edmonton, Las Vegas, and Vancouver are all skilled, big, and TOUGH teams. Leaf management, wake up and smell the F---ing coffee! Enough with SOFT Leafs teams. The last 7 years have been a disgrace and embarrassment in the playoffs, and it has been 57 years, since the Leafs last WON the Stanley Cup?

I'm on board with acquiring Sean Walker, Boone Jenner or Alexandre Carrier they're not too much of a salary cap hit. If you move one of their Dmen and a first round pick of their choosing. Perfect fit. Not too expensive for what you're getting back. 🇨🇦🍁🏒👍
