Either rebuild by getting actual prospects that can become cornerstone pieces, top 50 MLB prospect. Or start getting starting roster players to surround Vladdy . I'd take the deal if the Jays added Springer and the Braves gave up one of their lower rated hard throwers like Lara, Vargas, Munoz, Johnson. Hard ask but ... Baldwin doesn't look great behind the plate. His contact hitting may be his best attribute. As for Smith-Shawver, he throws hard and is young. Got lit last year in AAA and didn't average 5 innings per start and wasn't brought up even though the Braves starting rotation was ravaged by injuries. Better than the Loperfido + Bloss or Whisenhunt + Luciano packages talked about before.

If they trade Bo or not how about them go after Willy Adames and move Bo to 2nd base if they don’t trade him and if they do the could move Arcia to 2nd or have him as bench player if they get him

We don't want Arcia? 273 OBP you got to be kidding me! I hear that pitcher is a bum also. Don't know anything about that catching prospect, but hell no. Ernie Clement is a better shortstop than Arcia! Plus Bo will be playing for a NICE NEW ONCE IN A LIFETIME HUGE CONTRACT! He will have a career year no matter what team Bo is playing for in 2025 so if you want the Jays to win in 2025, you keep Bo. If its another bad season for us, THEN you trade Bo for a cathers prospect at the trade deadline.

I hate to say you guys are not gonna get a big haul for Bichette right now. He’s coming off a very bad season and the Braves are not gonna give away to the young prospects like Smith, Schwarber and. Drake Ballwin for rental even though I like Bo they’re not gonna do that. It have lesser of package from the brave I don’t you going see that any other team so either the Blue Jays are gonna have to come down on their asking price for him or the circumstances or he probably will be a Bluejay going to the next season and then walking free agency I think it happen package of nacho, Dodd and maybe Bryce elder, but just see that happen the Braves made a huge trade love season and they got from the Boston Red Sox sale for Vaughn Grissom so to think that you’re gonna get all that for Bichette who’s coming off a very bad and injured year is this not gonna happen? Sorry as good as Bo can be. the factors he’s never one VP he’s never gonna sit young. He hasn’t been a top three player as his position and he’s just not gonna get that much specially coming off of major injury gear and very bad at that.
