I have arthritis throughout my body, so for many years paid no attention to the pain in my primary thumb joint -- way up near my wrist. Unlike other arthritic joints, the pain would would make itself known after sunset - almost felt as if the associated flesh were being abraded with an emery board, and it would often wake me in the night. I now think being a quart low on estrogen is probably the culprit there.

Oh that explains so much. When its evening my right knee gets extremely tight and stiff. And everything is inflamed. And the doctor tells me its rheumatoid arthritis or its your fibromyalgia acting up.

Thank you so much. I am sure it's going to help me a lot because i do take a lot of citrus fruits, I don't drink much water and love night shades. I really need to work on my diet.

Thank you Eileen for this great information 👍👍
Please is it possible in menopause to suddenly develop a problem with fruitsugar, and then leading to symptoms like joint pain?
I noticed my pain was increasing after eating fruit.
Could there be a link?
Or is this just coincidental, because of low estrogen ?
I’m post-menopausal.
Might this all ease off at some time?
Thank you so much 🙏

Well I have stiff ankles particularly in the morning. But I have an added issue with legs I am knock kneed diagnosed aged 6. I where shoes with insteps which always helped pull my feet straighter but it's obvious to me even with those shoes I am walking more like a penguin. I am wondering if this is menopause related or just age related.

Morning, you kindly replied to me before about my joint pains, saying to avoid tomatoes etc ...this deffo worked for me. I'm vegetarian though, can you recommend a fruit that I can eat, which won't affect my joints please. I'm deffo better in Winter than Summer .. that has to be the avoidance of Sumner fruits, and berries
Thank you... love your helpful videos x
