I am going through this right now. My hips are sore now, but I am stronger and more active than ever, . I am plant based. So the protein is a good reminder. I will start to strength train immediately. I am doing cardio every day. My pain is in my hips. Also, a lot of Tumeric with Black Pepper. Its kind of amazing that it is a pain reliever. It works well.

Dr. Kuhn is so right! Strength training is so important. I suffer with joint pain from menopause and exercise is the thing that helps me the most. Strength training and YOGA! I do heated yoga 4 times a week now because it helps with my joint pain. Thank you for this video!

First person and doctor I found talking about this (menopause) and giving the importance in the relationship it has with autoimmune disease because sometimes pain doesn’t come from autoimmunity when have it but from unbalanced hormones. Thanks.

Omg I’m so hopeful after watching this. I’m 52 and now post menopause and after a life of being physically fit and active, I’ve been reduced to only walking every day. The knee pain I experience has stopped my cycling AND weight training. It’s heartbreaking. I’m looking forward to trying your 4 day challenge. Thank you!

I’m 57 with regular periods. These last 6 months have been very difficult. Bodybuilding has been my hobby for the last 20 years. I have a lot of muscle and get at least one gram of protein per lb of body weight. I am experiencing joint pain almost everywhere. I do all the things. Eliminated processed foods, wheat, added sugar. Incorporated anti-inflammatory foods. My muscles, tendons, ligaments are all being negatively affected. My wrist strength is weakening. I’m considering HRT at this point. I started physical therapy for a hamstring strain and will soon start the same for lower back pain. I’m a whole mess. I never knew it would be like this. 😢

This is crazy man lol. I just suddenly started getting leg pain and never had this before. I'm active and seems to get worse after workouts. This is beyond irritating I did started drinking ensure protein shakes a few weeks ago because my stomach cannot take the protein shakes. I hope this helps. I don't eat a lot of meat. I'm gonna keep trying things because this is not it. I have never been this frustrated with my body in my life. Not physical look but the internal pain. I'm going to keep going. Hope to get relief.
