On the nutrition part never stop being conscious of your eating habits. Eat in a way that will keep your metabolism active. Eat both treats and healthy foods. She’s definitely right don’t overdo any. You’ll start seeing results. Especially if you stay in the gym. Stay consistent in your workouts. Keep your body moving without taking lengthy breaks because in the long term taking lengthy breaks out of the gym will keep you out of the gym and you’ll lose progress! Do not chase “quick” chase sustainability.

Haven't been to the gym in whole two month's, i miss the gym so much😢 literally lost all my gains and I've gained so much weight but I'm not giving up! I'll be back again in January for the time! 😂

My nutrition part is the hardest part of my fitness journey, I don’t eat well, tho I see results with how my body is looking for the past 2 months that I’ve started even if I’ve been putting space in between which I’m trying to stop by paying up my gym sub before it ends but the nutrition part is the hardest
