Thank you Doctor; because of your recommendation I stopped taking calcium, I only take 2 vitamin K2, and 2000 IU D3, I have moderate osteoporosis

I’m on 45 mg now cause Warfarin but will get up to 90.
Also eating too much Dutch gouda from free grazers.

Ummm, interesting.
D3 helps me mentally, like sitting in the sun 15-30 minutes. But sunshine is quicker. Like an IV.
Yogurt nightly, drink buttermilk, love cottage cheese with fruit.
Buttermilk is very filling, come in hungry & have a small glass.

My allergy Dr, the best, now retired was like you. We’d talk about other things, health in general, D3-his dad said he had more energy.
He cared abt my well-being.
If we had more Drs like y’all we’d be a much healthier bunch.
And I’m blessed to have all excellent Drs.

These supplements on amazon are resulting is bad reviews, would you know why that would be, im trying to get what you suggested but I can’t get pass the bad reviews, do you recommend anything else, and what magnesium supplements is good as well or a multivitamin that has everything in it so you don’t have to take multiple pills daily ?
