I bloat a LOT, too. But I find that drinking some apple cider vinegar diluted in water before a meal helps A LOT.

Great video! It was so helpful! In summary, what worked for you in improving your gut health was

1. Significantly reducing sugar intake and processed foods
2. Increasing fiber intake and consume more fermented foods and probiotic and prebiotic rich foods like bone or veggie broth
3. Eating more whole foods in your diet
4. Chewing food slower and more mindfully
5. Avoiding ice cold water (drink room temp or warm water)
6. Having healthy outlets for processing and removing stress
7. Avoid eating past your body’s satiation point
8. Wearing comfortable clothing
9. Not drinking water (and definitely not cold water) during meals
10. Writing down the foods you ate when you notice you felt bloated
11. Magnesium can help decrease bloating
12. Lymphatic massages (can learn to do them on your own)

I am bloated constantly with pain, every single time I put little food in my mouth I get bloated but if I don’t eat anything at all I am fine but who can live without food!

I am so glad that I saw this. I have been dealing with painful bloating for years now. It’s been so bad that I am afraid to eat ice cream because of the pain that it causes me. And I look pregnant after I eat it. Now that I don’t eat ice cream or much dairy I notice food sensitivity with other things. Breads have been bothering me now. It’s like everything I eat irritates my stomach. And now I feel hopeless because I can’t eat anything without feeling bloated. I guess I’ll have to start drinking peppermint tea and maybe try to eat more Whole Foods. Wish me luck

Thank you so much! I’ve spent the last 6 months bulking and force feeding. I’m constantly bloated now with or without food. I feel like I might have seriously damaged my intestines..
