Sabji/ Curry= fiber
Daal/Rice/Roti= Carbohydrate, fats
Sprouts daal bhel, Paneer= Protein
If you can't take Protein, Vitamins and minerals direct with food then go for supplementation.
1. Take nutrition
2. Reduce time on mobile.
3. Physical activity.
Roasted peanuts as snake.
Daily Routine:-
1. Take water 2-4 glass at morning.
2. Physical activity or sports at least 30 minutes.
3. Fruits and nuts combination
4. Carbs, fiber, protein, probiotic (curd or buttermilk) you also get protein from these, 3- 4 bottle drink water.
Junk food in the weekend.
4. Sleep 6-8 hours at particular time.

This was really eye opening in many ways. Ive been binge watching fitness and health content and then feeling overwhelmed using it as an excuse to not knowing what to do and over complicating things myself. I was only focusing on the problems with a very all or nothing perspective whilst completely ignoring my body just needs the bare minimum which is not impossible to do !

Hello sir, I am also a hosteler from Aurangabad. My age is 21 running and weight is 84 with height 153 . I tried workout from 8 months it very hard to loose weight in hostel. I was join the Herbalife products and hardlya 2 -3 kg weight is loose but still it gaining weight. Please sir give mi idea or solution. I Don't have any other issues, my periods regular but I want to loose my thighs fast which is not looking good when I wear my college dress 🥺🥺🥺

Im a nurse.. and i stay in hostel. Hospital is provid food. Lunch and dinner.. but we carry electrical kettles.. what should i eat? My hight 5.3". Weight 58kg. Age 24

Carbs fibres and fats . Protein ? . Vit and minerals. Supplements. Start saving up. Healthy food and supplements. Peer pressure.

Healthy eating without excuses!

Kabhi na kabhi toh health priorities karna padhega!
Symptoms of bad heath are there rn- acne, low energy level, facial hair, menstrual problems, hair fall etc = Future diseases like Diabetes, PCOD, Hypertension etc

Spend money wisely on healthy food.

Solution:
Dont keep unhealthy foods and keep alternate healthy options.

Keep mental health in control.Prevent stress and emotional flactuations

Exercise

♥️Water (1 L after waking up)
♥️Soaked Nuts
♥️Curd-probiotics
♥️Protein- Sprouts (Soaked legumes) & eggs
♥️Less carbs(Roti, Rice)
♥️More Sabzi
♥️ Vitamin C & multivitamin tablets
♥️No sweets. Fruits for deserts
♥️Eat slowly & mindfully
