Solid information. I'm trying to tighten up my dip-game and it really helps me to avoid injuries while I'm working up towards new ring movements or holds. The way you explain things is very good, easily helps me visualize and understand what I have to do movement wise. I've had my shoulder cracking, popping while extending arm sideways and rotating it, and day&night time pain for a better part of a decade now. After 10 months of everyday passive hanging and 6 months of ring workouts (started from zero, a very shaky support hold) the grinding noise is almost gone, daytime pain is almost gone, plus the shoulder is stronger than it's been in a long time.
