Ramen hacks pt. 7 ~

Today I’m using Samyang carbonara noodles! But, I’m making it a little different and adding a few ingredients that make it taste soo much better.

milk
mini korean sausages
cheese filled rice cakes
gochujang
cheese

Start by cooking the noodles in water but only cook about 70% of the way. This is because we’re going to cook it again in milk later! Drain and set aside. Add a bit of milk to a pot, a few sausages and rice cakes. I love cheese filled rice cakes, if you’re lucky enough to find it! Add the seasoning packets and a half spoonful of gochujang for more flavor. This is optional, but it gives it so much more flavor! Let it simmer and add back the noodles. Top with a slice of cheese, cover & once the cheese melts it’s ready.

The milk cuts the spice of these noodles, so honestly these weren’t spicy at all for me. Hope you enjoy!!
