We make our ramen with koyo rice ramen, we add home canned bone broth, spiralized carrots and cabbage and onions, and we put soup base, boiled eggs, kimchi or spicy sour kraut, chives or geeen onions peanut butter and chili oil, and sesame oil.
Its a full, hearty bowl, great for sitting by the woodstove.

I tried making ramen differently and it was so delicious,
1st took the spice mix, and added other desi spices in including green chili and chives, put hot oil on them and mix and in that hot oil add egg yolk, mix, and a little bit of hot water from the boiling ramen, and sauce was ready then just added the ramen and ut turned out soo good

I do Maggi boiled in chicken stock instead of water, add some turmeric and red chili powder with the masala pack and then add a spoon of butter in the end. Also have tried raw egg stirred with the butter - deliciouso
