For anyone wondering, the carbonara is one of the Milder flavors. It's still spicy, just less spicy just a little

Tried it, not bad. The yolk and mayo really breaks through giving a savory creamy taste with a lingering eggy after taste the chili oil on top isn't too necessary as the ramen seasoning really takes over it. Overall i would say it enhances the ramen.

I always make it this way and it's the best. The mayo also helps to balance out some of the heat from the buldak sauce so it's not too overbearing.

A splash of Sesame oil is chef kiss! And a sprinkle of cheese

Wtf that goes so hard, just tried it now with original buldak.
I didn't have kewpie mayo so I added a bit of rice vinegar and sugar to regular mayo. I also added shredded cheese into the sauce mix and microwaved it to melt properly.
Best ramen combo I've tried

Edit: After half a year this has become my main way I prepare fire noodles. Works pretty well on most types like shin ramen too.

I just tried your recipe using the same noodle and it turned out great! 🥳 It wouldn’t be the same without the egg yolk and the mayo 👏👏👏 Thanks ! Greetings from Greece 🇬🇷

As soon as I saw the ramen I knew it was eggs. I've been doing this for years now and it's so goddamn good. Only thing I do differently is toast the seasoning packs and add the water directly to them to get a richer flavor. Then a little bit of sesame oil to finish. The egg cuts a lot of the heat, so if you like your ramen spicy you might want to add some chili powder.

i make black bean garlic butter for general use, and it goes incredibly well with buldak carbonara. the deep fermented flavor mixes with the sweet n spicy buldak to make this super tasty complex taste, i love it.

I try this recipe without the yellow egg, but I add in it 1 spoon of fresh milk less sugar. That’s really delicious🎉 Thanks for sharing recipe ❤❤❤

I do the same but add a lil gochujang in the mix and top with S&B crunchy umami garlic crisp and trader joes chili onion chili oil, bit of fried pork belly or a lil bulgogi pork or beef cuts with a bunch of green onion. Its amazing and top tier ramen from a packet when done right. I mix the chili oils around considering the amount n kinds i have at home. Highly recommend the S&B crunchy garlic crisp chili oil though. Not the cheapest and its a Japanese chili oil but good God does it pack the most savory flavorful robust garlic and roasted onion taste. Its unlike any other chili oil ive had and by far one of my favorite condiment/ seasonings to use on any Asian and even other foods. And i have like 20 different chili oils but that an easy number 1 at least for me. Not one person ive given it to that enjoys garlic hasnt fallen in love with it and i live in Gilroy CA the garlic capital of the US. So know my garlic pretty well and this is amazing product if u can get. Cheers friend.
