This short practice focuses on yoga for the shoulders, neck, upper back, wrists, and upper body. Loosen up and relieve tightness in all these areas by taking 10 min to care for yourself.

Today we'll focus on targeted areas that get stressed through everyday sitting, driving, and hunching forwards to combat neck tension, shoulder pain, upper back pain, and poor posture. This therapeutic sequence will combat stress, reduce inflammation, relieve discomfort and increase range of motion.

I used to be a yoga teacher. Now I am 70 and with lots of health issues.
Your classes have been like a saviour to me, and this challenge came at the perfect time due to recent problems with upper body. As I am French I always do the French version too.
You are a great teacher and thoughtful teacher Joelle.

I used headphones and enjoyed the birds in the background. My upper body is often tight. Now that I finished this practice, I feel looser in my shoulders and upper back.

Loved this one! My rotator cuff has been bothering me this helped open up my shoulders! Love your dog! I have four of them as you can see in my picture, I have to lock them out of my room as whenever I get on my mat they want to join in! Thank you! Namaste🙏

I have been daily yoga for 15 months with another online instructor, and off and on before that. I had actually developed shoulder problems from straining to do some of the poses in the last 6 months, and had been getting PT which helped, but doing this class and another of your upper body classes has already removed a great deal of pain. I will be 70 this summer, so I am not as flexible as I was when doing yoga in my 20s. Thank you for posting these and helping me!

Your dog is adorable! I liked the X child's pose. I don't find child's pose comfortable on my neck and shoulders, but that helped.

My 15 month old lol girl went nuts for your dog and played around doing her own poses and babbling to the dog! Super fun and good shoulder opening. I love your 10 min videos as I can’t handle too much more while I’m rehabbing from injuries.
