The WORLD'S Hardest Weighted Dip!! Chaos Band Dip

Want to master your bodyweight exercises? Try incorporating the chaos band method as I show here with the hardest dip I’ve ever done! It requires unbelievably strict mechanics otherwise your body will bounce & oscillate out of control.

These have 7 Benefits.

1.These involve a form of instability training known as Oscillating Kinetic Energy (OKE) which is similar to the hanging band technique and has been shown to improve motor control and somatosensory feedback from proprioceptive mechanisms such as muscle spindles. As a result this helps the lifter dial in their form & master their body mechanics.

2.Because the instability & potentially large oscillations, it forces the lifter to perform the movements in the most effective method possible, namely eccentric isometric fashion.

3.Similar to above the lifter is forced to eliminate all momentum & use smooth strict form with zero bouncing.

4.These immediately expose any asymmetries & or imbalances.

5.They teach the lifter how to fire their abs by hollowing their core & hinging over at the hips. This represents optimal dip form & places less stress on the joints while placing equal/centrated tension across involved musculature & joints.

6.If the lifter is having trouble packing & depressing their shoulders on dips then these will immediately expose & address it.

7.Many lifters use excessive range of motion on dips. Besides placing undue stress on joints it reduces tension to targeted musculature. These instill optimal 90-deg joint angles not only because of the instability but it’s impossible to go deeper since you’ll hit the bands.

Note: Do not let your body touch/rest on the band any point during the set!

Is this not just asking for a severe injury that'll possibly tear both your triceps, pecs and deltoids (both internal AND external) and maybe lead to you never being able to train your upper body properly ever again?
