😋😋 Recipes 😋😋

1 Lb Beef Stew Meat
1/2 Cup Green Beans
1 Yellow Onion (julienne)
1/2 Cup Corn
2 1/2 Cup Frozen Vegetable Blend (broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots)
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
5 1/2 Cups Water
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Tsp Fresh Garlic (minced)
3 Tsp Worcestershire
2 Beef Boullion Cubes
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste or ketchup
1 1/2 Tsp Very Good Garlic Seasoning by Tabitha Brown
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp Basil
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes

- Steps -

1.) Cut the onion and garlic
2.) Place a large pan on high heat, and melt the butter
3.) Add the stew beef to the pan and Sautee until browned
4.) Add the onions, tomato paste, and stir
5.) Add the flour and stir constantly to prevent burning
6.) When the roux is browned to your likening slowly add in cold water while stirring constantly
7.) After adding your water add the beef Boullion cubes, garlic, Worcestershire, and seasonings
8.) Let this cook for about 10- 15 minutes
9.) Add the green beans, corn, and veggie blend
10.) Let simmer for 30 - 40 minutes
11.) Enjoy
