This beef and vegetable soup recipe is do good!

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb ground beef
28 can crush tomatoes
2 tbsp beef bouillon ( add a little at a time until you get the right taste)
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
thyme, rosemary, oregano
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 potatoes
1 tsp onion powder and garlic and herb seasoning
1/2 tsp dried thyme, pepper
enough water to get to the consistency you like
1 tsp wostichier sauce
1 tsp sugar

This might sound crazy to y’all but it’s Christmas Day, my wife (a nurse) come off night shift and after opening gifts as a family is down for much needed sleep. Her dinner request was a hearty vegetable beef soup. The kids loved the idea ( they’re definitely all my kids, they’re not much into turkey either 😂)
Thank you hunny for making this a memorable Christmas. It smells delicious I’m here. Kids keep asking, when’s it going to be ready cause it smells SOOOO GOOD in here. They also worked hard prepping stuff, team work makes the dream work. 👍👍

Ok I haven’t had this soup in about 15 years. My grandmother used to make this for us. She would sometimes add okra and lima beans (which I hate). She’s from Mississippi and this was a staple for her. I will definitely be making this. Thank you. ♥️

My mother made a fabulous beef vegetable soup using meaty beef shanks and rich beef marrow bones. No cornstarch. It was one of her fall and winter specialties.

We always called it Hamburger Soup /stew. My Mom made it weekly . Served it with cornbread or thick bread and butter. But grilled cheese sandwiches sounds really good too! Thank you for reminding me of this soup.

Growing up in North Texas, we call this _Hamburger Stew._ It's great with cornbread! The receipe is several generations old. (Minus the cornstarch.)

This was our weekend meal where Mom would clear out the fridge of any leftovers. I like the meat like that too. I even make spaghetti with meat like that! But that soup with a hunk of cornbread and a large glass of tea!
