I LOVE this soup when it's cold outside. It is the perfect thing for the whole family. I served this with some gouda grilled cheese sandwiches and it was delicious!

Ohhhh hun another delicious winter dinner dish! I definitely am going to make your recipe. I’ve made beef soup for many years but you have some secret ingredients I must try!
I make
a cabbage/vegetable soup using V8 as a base soup, unstuffed pepper soup, minestrone soup & wedding soup…of course there’s always chicken soup BUT my favorite is: African Peanut soup…made with sweet potatoes & peanut butter…I also add chopped peanuts for crunch…
I bought some African soup bases, fufu, and some others but I need to definitely read the directions….love ya lady…❤

Oh to live for. Will make it and perhaps add a few more veggies. Will thicken the broth into gravy and wallah beef stew/casserole. Yum. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, before and after Intermittent fasting. Low to no blood sugar spike. Thanks!

One of my favorites is corn and potato chowder with Italian sausage. You could substitute the sausage with ham or bacon. I start out intending it to be soup, but it always thickens to a chowder. It tastes even better the second day!

Soups and stews are the absolute best types of dishes in my opinion, especially during winter. You can eat this type of meal for several days at least before cooking another meal. 😊

My fav to make is taco soup: browned ground beef, 2 taco seasoning packets, canned: corn, kidney beans, black beans and diced tomatoes, and a large jug of v8 vegetable juice (I know it sounds weird but seriously it’s good as a soup base!) cook till heated through. Ladle over some corn bread and top with cheese and sour cream. Yum!!!
