Every Thursday at 8pm EST, I will be live on YouTube grilling claimants with questions for their upcoming ALJ hearing. Just call 407-279-1754 and we will run questions together. First come, first serve, and please remember to use a pseudo name.

Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys.

What the SS admin fails to understand is that the applicant is the beneficiary of the trust and they are the trustee and have a fiduciary duty to do what is in the best interest of the beneficiary.

You are awesome. Please keep telling it like it is. People need to know what their up against. And understand that their attorney has rules they have to deal with

If we're never going to get approved on our claims, how could we opt out of the social security tax schemes when we do work? I have cancer and filed for ssdi two years ago and was denied because I didn't have enough cancer. I'm a union crane operator. I haven't figured out how to run a crane from home yet

Leave the states and return in a few days with a different name. Claim asylum and receive everything you need to survive.

I have seizures and got denied. I'm not going through a 5 year hassle trying to prove my disability. SS is full of it

I’ve been getting denied at step 5 for over 10 years. As for remote work, there’s been a trend recently to get people away from it and back into a physical work setting, There isn’t any work from home.

When I applied (2016) I was told that it wasn’t about what we did during our careers; that if we could be a greeter at Walmart, we’re expected to do that instead of being on SSDI (i.e. rule 5). I didn’t have any idea of the criteria, and still don’t know any more than you shared in this video. I just assumed there was a system and it would find me eligible or not. (They found me eligible.)

I thought I made it clear that I have NO IDEA how I'll feel until I wake up each day for HOURS. That is WHY I have been laid off, fired, & all from CONSTANT CALL OUTS due to Arthritis, DDD, COPD, IBS, I just literally can't move! Other then that I literally have 85 diagnosis Severe FAS & TONS MORE of both Physically & Mentally Disabling Disibilities.

I just got approved for Disability and it was a relatively fast approval. It looks like the actual condition plays a major role in how quickly your application is evaluated. I've been on dialysis for nearly a year but only recently stopped working. I would much rather work but I don't think I can anymore and it sucks!!!

Ssi Disobility. 940 a month and rents ar3 out of the roof and they say I can never have o er 3000 in my account . My wife and I are barely scratching by at 60 and 58 years old . Things are getting worse to if this keeps up the streets will be full of dead bodies.
