Every Thursday at 8pm EST, I will be live on YouTube grilling claimants with questions for their upcoming ALJ hearing. Just call 407-279-1754 and we will run questions together. First come, first serve, and please remember to use a pseudo name.

Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys.

Speaking on behalf of my Grandmother who just retired this year. She also was one of the many who has received this repulsive Letter from SSA. I've been watching your videos on how to go about the process to Appeal. She has recently requested that Appeal. My question is, do they need to send her the check / checks that have been witheld from her ? I also stated to her to file for Bankruptcy, PERIOD ! Thank you for your kindness.

I found out that one way Social Security figures they overpaid an SSI recipient is to take the amount of one month's check and then multiply it by the number of months involved. The result of this calculation is often in the thousands of dollars. This method of estimating overpayment is dishonest and disgusting. It's happening to me right now.

I've been asking about SSA being audited FOREVER! There's SO much that doesn't add up! Just looking at those being approved compared to most being denied, it's ALL Bassakwards!!!

Thank you for dedicating your time and effort to address my overpayment concerns. The sum of 23 billion is indeed substantial. When I sought clarification on the breakdown, responses were elusive, and all I received were requests for paystubs. Now, I find myself facing a judge to plead my case for dismissal, as the amount is beyond my means, considering my daily expenses.

I don’t understand how Soc Sec figures overpayment. Nothing is different month to month, but now I am getting dinged $137 a month with no explanation.

They called me at work one day before I was approved. The man asked me when was the last time I went to Dr. I told him I couldn't afford it. I was making a little of minimum wage for 20 hours a week. I told him, could they hurry up because I was at work and couldn't take it anymore. So they knew because I told them prior to going to their doctor. When I was approved, 2 months later they said I was overpaid. Now, exactly how would I know they didn't calculate my income into my check amount? It's insane.

There are many added benefits to being an employee compared to being self employed. I can’t even imagine how much more it costs to have employees. I saw how difficult it was for self employed people with my dad being self employed in general contracting labor. There were many times we had nothing because the tax man wanted his cut. It took a lot for my parents to finally grab the reins on learning the tax code and how it all works being self employed. My mom went to college for business management and still struggled.

I watched all the attorney's last night. It's horrible, they only give waiver if you know ANDERSON COOPER.

I will finish in the next life. Remove the restrictions. Lay off the watch dogs and snoop dogs. Let everybody work. Save the system.
