What about egg shells? No one ever looks at them as a calcium source, but they are a fantastic source of it, as well as some minerals in trace amount. Make 3 boiled eggs, peel them, dry the shells, put them on a cookie sheet and heat to make sure any bacteria are gone. Grind them up in your coffee grinder. It comes out as a fine powder. Sprinkle a bit on any food, or even in a smoothie.

800 - 1000 mg calcium in 1tsp if I remember correctly, so if correct, that's pretty concentrated. I'd spread that out over a day instead of all at once, depending on your needs of course.

There are many different lists out there regarding calcium-rich, and a lot of them are conflicting, especially when it comes to subjects as oxalates, soy and fruits and nuts, especially for those following a ketogenic lifestyle.

Yes, when I need potassium I go to my backyard and whack off a coconut from my coconut tree when I don’t have an avocado. If I had an avocado tree I could get enough potassium if I had a coconut tree. It is VERY hard to get enough potassium!! Coconuts are just laying all over the ground everywhere.

Oh my…100 grams of almonds? That’s a lot of almonds! I think soy beans are cow food but I still drink soy protein. I have for 40 years every morning. I am 73 and in perfect health!😄😄

Kale has minimal oxalate content. The amount of oxalates in spinach and almonds is OFF THE CHART. Beware this video.

Spinach contains the highest amounts of oxalates. Kale contains hardly any oxalate.
