Fitbit Charge 5: Screen is Unresponsive, Frozen, Stuck? Fixed!

I show you how to fix a Fitbit Charge 5 Tracker that has an unresponsive, frozen or stuck screen. Hope this helps.

Does not work. I have the Charge 5. it is completley dead after the latest update on November 14th, 2021 (app says 57.20001.149.11). So you do not feel it vibrate when you connect the cable so you do not know if it is connected propper. And it does not respond to the pressing of the button 3 times with the second interval in between. Just dead. No response. Bit frustrating.

Update: just called with their customer service (via the app) and they have offered to replace the device. So their customer service is very helpfull at the least.

I read some instructions before and didn't understand or realize the button was there at the other end of the charger.
