It worked! Thank you! I just about gave up. I did it 6 times several times. The last attempt I disconnected the charger from the watch and the wall plug after each 3 presses, did 6 times.

Unfortunately doesnt work for me.
I truly regret downgrading from charge 4 to 5. This design is horrendeous and the developers are so lazy. Id love the weather app back.
The only decent with charge 5 is the display.

1:25 tried several times the 3 press at the required interval, it vibrates and the Fitbit logo appears momentarily and dies out again, trying very hard to get it back to life, any suggestions for the way forward? Thanks

Doesn't work for me. Fitbit customer service ran me through the same process with no success. I had to get a new unit.

Do you know why the fitbit keeps turning itself off? I can turn it on. But it still keeps turning itself off and I am not always by a USB port to turn it back on. I have lost a whole days activity this way.
