In this video, we’ll take a closer look at what the research really says about fertility and getting pregnant "later" in life. Plus, we’ll explore some ways to naturally increase your fertility in your 30s. No matter if you’re in your early, mid, or late 30s, it’s never too late to optimize your fertility and increase your chances of conceiving.

If you’re anything like most of my clients (and me), you always imagined you’d be a mom one day. You always planned it would happen someday, but somehow, time slipped by a little faster than you expected. Maybe it was grad school or pursuing your dream career. Or maybe, it was the desire to travel or not finding a partner until later in life. Whatever the reason, babies were on the back burner. And now, you’re in your 30s and wondering if it’s too late.

I have good news for you, it’s not. Improving your fertility is possible in your 30s (and 40s).

Thank you for this. I began TTC at 28. I am 34 now. No known causes, we have been told unexplained infertility. It can be hard cycle after cycle and being in my 30s adds the biological pressure which then adds stress. Even though I have heard the tips you shared before, your calming approach to the subject is refreshing. I appreciated the statistics you shared.

YES "focus on building a fertile life" hits hard. I appreciate this outlook and supportive approach rather than the shamed filled one we often get from practitioners.

I am currently single and in my early thirties although not currently planning to conceive yet, I think learning and looking after myself to prepare for the future health wise is something I am going to prioritise in 2022

I had that "maybe we want kids" conversation with my primary care physician, and no red flags were raised, even after telling him that I go MONTHS without seeing my period. Finally, after a year of trying, then COVID hitting the country, I got referred to a fertility clinic, then was finally diagnosed with PCOS another year later. Oof. I feel like the healthcare system failed me. Thanks for publishing content that will help women take control of their fertility. We really need to be our own advocates.

Love your approach! I agree that stress and sleep get overlooked a lot in fertility talks. These are the areas I'm going to focus on a little more right now.

Thank you so much for this great video! I love how candid and personable you are. I have been doing your yoga videos everyday for the last 2-ish weeks and so doing yoga is one thing I'm now incorporating but something else I'm going to try to cut down is looking at screens at night! Thanks again for the great insights and reminders :)

I just uploaded a video on a chapter that focuses on fertility and pregnant women. The tip that helped me the most was not thinking about trying to get pregnant and I stopped charting my cycle.

Thank you so much for this wonderful video. Eventhough I already did a lot of research, it was so soothing and calming and motivating to watch your video. You spark so much kindness all through the world wide web right on my screen, that I could not help but smile with you and become more calm on our journey of creating a new life. <3

Thank you for the tips, really will be working on them since I’ve plans of conceiving soon towards my early thirties. I’m currently 27 years. I will focus on speaking with my healthcare provider and learning if I’ve any other nutrient deficiencies besides iron as I currently am anemic.

I found this video very reassuring. This, in my mind, repudiated a lot of the misconceptions that were causing me anxiety. This is an excellent video.

This is the first time I’ve watched a video from you and I just love watching you and hearing you talk! I half expected a video of a person giving a lecture-style talk. I’m glad I was wrong! I’ll be watching more of your videos and following along to your yoga videos!
