There was this one time. I was in the car in-between 2 people (my grandparents). I tried to scream, luckily I was able to make a squeak (like a mouse) and they woke me up, that was my first encounter. It wasn't my last.

Im one of those people it happens to me sometimes since I was little😭😭😭IM SO TIRED OF IT HAPPENING Everytime it happens and I wake up I can't move or even move my eyes or my hands and even turn my head bc I literally freeze then there r sometimes I see these weird creatures and sometimes I don't 😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰LIKE IM SO SCARED WHEN THEY SOMETIME COMES😰😰😰Like dude they r so freakin creepy😰😰

Had my first encounter an hour ago, the time right now is 2:46 am, my sleep paralysis lasted what I thought was at least 20 minutes not too sure tho, It started off with a piercing ringing sound in my ear, I was able to twitch my shoulder and move my eyes but when the ringing in my ear got louder I could not move my shoulder at all the ringing sound would be soft then loud then soft again on and off for a while, got full on hallucinations seeing 2 shadow people in my room one of which dug it’s elbow into my upper leg the other layed next to me on the “couch” I say that in quotes as I was in my bed but at the time I thought I was on my couch in my living room as that’s where I last was in my dream, when the shadow figures were gone i got audio hallucinations of someone walking around the side of my house and a young girl maybe between 16-18 years old talking so I thought someone is trying to break into my house, I tried to get up to grab a weapon but I could still not move I then could hear someone walking up the hallway then standing outside my room by then I was able to get up out of bed just to find there was no one there at all, I’m 20 years old btw and have never experienced this in my life before tonight, kinda have a feeling this may happen again not keen for it to happen again at all lol

It’s where your conscious mind and sub conscious mind are active at the same time. It happens when you fall asleep and wake up as soon as your body goes into R.E.M “deep sleep” . I’ve gone through sleep paralysis many times and trained myself on how to go through it, the process took me about two weeks. Some people may experience it some may not and some people don’t even know what it is. I have many stories of my experiences and some that people probably won’t believe. But if this happens to you don’t be scared and stay calm, fall back asleep you will wake up.

for me it happend 3 times in 1 month, honestly its not scary anymore, i always see this black figure that looks like black smoke in a skinny human shape, and im jus smiling at it, theres really nothing much i can do i can’t speak, im always frozen (witch is annoying couse i have cloustrophobia) i just pray to god and it usually goes away. other thing that is always weird that theres actual physics in my paralysis i can fully feel the figure’s touch and the weight when its on the bed/my chest..

I had sleep paralysis on my birthday
So when i was a sleep, i wake up in 4 or 3 am, i open my eyes and its like something is blocking my eyesight its like a black line or smth, AND also i cannot move i pannicked at that moment but i tried to keep calm, and i fall asleep again 🗿, in the morning i was not in the sleep paralysis again

I had a sort of sleep paralys, it was 1 AM and i woke up and hears realistics footstep on the stairs, then i was scared and i realises i could move anything i took my phone and texted a friend that textes me back and then i saw at the end of my stairs, a white figure crawling with white eyes and once i screamed, the figure just crawled down the stairs and my backyard door was open, can anyone tell me what type of thing this is ?
