Don't sleep on your back You can get weird dreams in this situation blink 3-4 times, you can get out of it easily . Listen to religious hymns like bajrang barn if they're frequent and you got fear, I don't believe in god but i will surely recommend .

Sleep paralayse hua lekin fact ye he ki hm sleep paralyse me hm time raat ke 3:30 dekhe lekin jaise fir turant nind khula to same time ho raha tha hme ye samajh nhi aa raha ye kaise hua hm ankh band karke real chije kaise dekh paye

Honestly mere sath thoda different hua hai main sapne me kuch bhoto wager dekh rahi hoon or uske samne hi hanuman chalisa padh rahi hoon par kuch nahi horaha hai us bhoot ka aur achanak meri need khulti hai 2.30 am ya 3.30

Mujhe acche se yaad nhi but me ek wood ke Bane hue room k bhar kadhi thi or kuch ajeeb sa tha Jo mujhe us room ka gate open karne se roka rha tha to mene vo door open nhi Kiya fir me stairs se upar jaane lagi to mene kisi ko us room me dekha Jo upar ki he dekh rahi thi and suddenly vo disappear ho gayi vo bhot jadya creepy thi or drawni bhi me fir ruk kr usi jgh se andar dekhne lagi or mujhe pta tha ki abhi kuch bhot kathanak hoga me udhar nhi dekhna cha rahi thi me kudh ko force kar Rahi thi vha Naa jaane ki but suddenly meri neend khul gayi but neend khulne k baad I can't open my eyes properly and I tried to move alot but nothing happened 😢 but I can listen mobile sound as my brother was using it so I tried to scream and I literally screamed so loud but vo aawaz sirf mere ko he sunai di or kaano or bhot jadya pressure pad rha tha 😢
Meri mummy mere bagal se so Rahi thi or mere per ka angutha move kar rha tha so me apne toe se mummy ke nakhun maarne lagi ki vo jaag Jaye but again I started feel unconscious and thanks God after that I was able to move my hand and I became normal

Mere sath 4-5 time hua hai.I can see what is happening around me but can't move myself .Out of fear i want to call my father but i can't open my mouth.I am really scared😢.I feel as if it is the activity of spirit.

Sleep paralysis is the worst feeling ever iam just 16 year old and i faced this almost 10 times from last year 💔 and in the last one i literally saw a ghostly figure tried to scared me 😢

Trust me this is the worstest thing in my life 💔
