That's not great news, especially since nursing school and the first years of nursing can be VERY stressful. Thanku I started nursing school in January & at first it was ok but now it's getting crazy & I find that Im not learning just memorizing because all I do is study & I feel extremely anxious. I made an appointment with my personal trainer and he said that I only have to see him 2x a wk to get health benefits. I really hope this helps.😥

Thank you for this. I’m in my second week now. I have Tourette’s and anxiety, sometimes I get sad randomly. I’m also in pharmacology | right now. I have your flashcards and dosage Calc work book. I have a 3 year old it’s hard as a single mom but I do have a good support system thankful for that. I want to start back getting up in the mornings before work and school to work out for 30 minutes and get back to a better state. In a month I won’t be working. November is my last day at my full time job as a medical assistant so I can focus on my assignments and studies in nursing school. I’m finding my flow but I have to give myself grace it’s just my second week but I’ve been working ahead because there are so many assignments and things to do. It’s only the beginning but I’ll get through it 🥹🙏🏾🙏🏾

The thing is that placements are too much, I don't have energy to exercise.

But exercise also increases cortisole doesn't it? I'd probably opt more for a gentle walk outside
