This video has really shown for me how overloaded Orisa’s kit is. She has a succ, stun and anti-stun all in her kit, which is not in and of itself an issue, but Orisa is feeling like pre-nerf Zarya whereby there is very limited windows of opportunity to kill Orisa when her abilities are on cool-down, and I think that window needs to be increased to be a longer cool-down on Javelin Spin (imo 7 —> 9 seconds), and a one second increase in the cool-down of her spear

Orisa has the equivalent of 1100 health with her armor/base health and fortify damage reduction, without counting the bonus Hp.
