I've screwed up everything in my life including my carrier, my parents savings and everything I had so far is no longer with me. Giving up or quitting on gambling is very hard despite knowing you can never recover even 50% of your loss. I am so glad I found this video. I have been gambling for the last 4 months and it has completely destroyed me. I was so happy before I started. some people are born with addictive personalities....just switch from your addiction to another addiction... chose physical fitness as your new addiction. It's bascially free, it's healthy and you still get a high and adrenaline rush. You will feel great about yourself and look great. People will admire you and your discipline and your body will thank you. Instead of going to a casino when you have the urge...go to the gym everyday instead.

I cured (yes cured) my gambling addiction by replacing it with another and much cheaper addiction, video games. I bought a PlayStation One and after several months of constant playing I started to taper off and my desire to gamble was gone. It's been almost 25 years and I haven't gambled since and have zero interest to do so again.
