📡 Everyone knows that "communications" is an essential soft skill, but what exactly does that actually mean, and how does one get better at it? In this video I share the 1 tip to improve your communication skills at work in order to help you build credibility with clients, peers, and managers.

Multiple studies have shown time and time again that employers value communication skills in their workforce - be it new or experienced hires - since there are real consequences if communications break down in corporate environments.

In this video I share a realistic situation that most, if not all, working professionals would face at work, and what a strong communicator would do in that situation. The Bottom Line Up Front method is used by management consultants and product marketers alike and now it goes by many other names, like Top Down Communication and The Pyramid Principle.

This video shows you the power of being a strong, professional communicator at work, share specific examples so you can identify the situations when you encounter them, and the one tip you can use to improve communication skills at work.

Never knew I was "process oriented" in my communications but now I do - and will work to fix it!

I used to say this to my team mates. If you write an email with roughly 20000 words, people cannot read and going forward, they can think that when they get time, they can read the email. Again, make the same with points and crisp to what you wanna say, there it goes. So, thanks a lot Jeff you made my day again..

I don't know how but I always do this every time I gave an update to my supervisor. I do this when my colleague couldn't give us the exact status of a project. I helped him to construct his information by doing this strategy.

I’m thinking of starting a YouTube channel just to do video essays, but my public speaking isn’t the best. This will help a ton!

Edit: Just realized this is mainly for work purposes, but this works lol!

Absolutely love your content, but what struck me most is that you offer a sneak peek into the topic before asking for likes and subscriptions. That's a great way to appreciate the viewers' time. Usually, YouTubers say "like, share and subscribe" at the beginning of the video and it puts a lot of viewers off. But I personally dont mind your way😜
Such a smart and simple thing to do!!

Most important to turn around your communication game. It changed my perception from others' point of view when I started applying it this year in all my work communications. I crunch a lot of numbers and summarise them all the time for what they mean. And this tip is a game-changer.

Great video. Just today, I sat through a good, detailed and thorough presentation with forty people online. Twenty minutes later, it turned out that the audience was not the right one to take the decision the presenter wanted. Your method would have made it obvious from the start. Thank you.
