Don't forget: most people haven't read your script 10+ times before they hear you speak. They're experiencing it for the first time and need a little bit more time to process your words.

A rhythm that seems natural to you because you practiced it a lot is completely alien to your audience.

Wait, I just realised this doesn't only apply to speaking in public. It can apply to anything, Job interviews, speaking to your date, meeting new people.

One thing i love about vihn is how practical he is...
It's not like those videos which gives you a pump of adrenaline rush and then you can't use the information in the end.

I had a school presentation and I nailed it especially on variation of tone. Thanks for these amazing videos

I think a lot about communication.
