I'm so glad I subscribed to your channel, Dr! Your tips helped me start the keto diet with IF and HIIT/ resistance training early in February. I've lost 15lb and 3% body fat. I feel more energy than ever before - till my birthday 2 days ago. I allowed my friends to talk me into a refined sugar/high carb diet for most of the day - cakes, ice cream, wine ('go on, treat yourself it's your birthday' - goaded my 'sugar dealers'). My insulin has probably skyrocketed way back up! I'm currently paying for it big time- spending yesterday feeling lethargic and had to break my fast with a can of soda! Now I've experienced the benefits of a keto/IF/training lifestyle for a month, I've learnt my lesson and I'mma getting right back up in the saddle - and next time I'll 'just say no!'

Good info as always. I started using berberine after watching one of your videos. I'm a strong believer in ACV. I'll start again with cinnamon. I used to take this supplement on a regular basis. Intermittent fasting is WONDERFUL, I won't live without it. (Literally)

I tried Berberine, ACV & cinnamon powder when my metformin prescription expired. In combination with the keto diet my blood glucose eventually dropped from 200 + to a low of the 90's range for readings just before dinner after a few weeks, but then it reversed and started rising steadily again. I decreased my carbs to almost carnivore with no effect and also became hungry all the time I finally when back to my doctor and now back on metformin. I stopped the berberine, ACV, & cinnamon, for some reason it did not work for me over the long term.

Thank you for this. I'm doing some of these and plan on adding the others. I am a diabetic that used to take 4 insulin shots a day and now down to one pill. It has been a struggle as far as low energy and fibromyalgia pain along with joint pain. I have lost 30 lbs since changing my lifestyle this last year. I'm planning on going to a medical weight loss clinic to get some doctor supervised help, asap. But I just wanted to let you know that I do appreciate you and your videos!
