Very interesting. I'm a calorie counter, but luckily for me to reach my calorie goal for the day, I can't really eat bad foods. My current meals consist of salads, vegetables, tuna, chicken and fruits. I eat the occasional sweet potato or rice. Other than that I can't really fit 'bad foods' into my diet to stay in a deficit.

Secondly, how do we get rid of the toxins? Is losing weight gonna help with the problem? Is there any type of test or symptoms for toxins? I've never really considered it before.
