Great video as always. Personally, I restrict my calories to 1500, maximum 1800 perday OMAD. I do one cheat meal perweek on Sundays, the day I don't exercises. So I exercise 6 days perweek, eat 7 meals a week, 1 cheat meal. The cheat meal can go up to 2500 maximum, and it gives me satisfaction for the whole next week! Try it friends

Last year i fasted really well but fell of the wagon after moving out and so im trying to lose weight with IF and workout for the next 6 weeks for my relatives wedding in September. Hope it works out!

Whats funny is if you eat too much on the weekends, but try to offset it by working out for 2 hours = you end up using about 4 hours each day eating and working out. Thats 8 hours of your weekend eating and working out. If weekends are your days off I would fast so you have more time for fun and relaxation. Learned from personal experience.

I needed this I've been doing omad for a while and I live in a small town my schedule got messed up cuz I had to go out of town and we had Panda Express and I couldn't pass it up because I don't get it often but it was only one cheat meal so now I feel better
