I had a lot of success these last couple of years doing you all's workouts and following a ketogenic way of eating with IF...But I've said before, having a hard time getting back to it. I really love and appreciate how encouraging and positive you all are and how simple the reminders are to just show up and get it done!

I do workout 5 days a week.... because I’m scared to get fat but it is also stressful though.... You said, don’t work out too much but how much time or effort should we spend to work out for lose weight???

Lindos!!! Love your Energy. Guys I exercise every single day. I cut sone sugars and other bad things. In 4 months I sent 11 kilos away. Normally I use to do 1 workout of 20 minutes or 1 of 30 minutes, from your channel. Is it ok right? I really dont think its not too much. The think I love the most on your workouts is that I stay active all.the time pratically. The shorts rests are enough and I love to stay active this way. I have obly time to prepate myself dor the next movement. Kisses guys!!! You are awesomw.

When you do intermittend fasting, you don’t have to worry that much about healthy fats and good natural sugars. Thats why i love it ❤️💛🥑🍉🍝🖤💙I can eat all that good stuff 🤤🤤
