In this important video, I'm going to share with you the top 5 weight loss mistakes everyone makes.  

1. Thinking it's not working when it is
Focus more on fat burning than your weight. Measure your waist rather than using a scale. 

2. Using the calorie model
Certain calories affect weight differently. Look at the type of food you're eating rather than the calories. 

3. Eating too many nuts
Consuming too many nuts can interfere with the gallbladder, and this can cause bloating and other issues. 

4. Everything in moderation
Most people never burn fat because they don't starve themselves of enough sugar. You need to have zero sugar. What you can have a lot of are vegetables.

5. Focusing only on the weight, not the health
The weight is a symptom. What's deeper are a lot of health problems. Focus on improving your health rather than focusing on the weight.

Saved my life, I stopped fruits in a.m., used to be my breakfast 2 or 3 & replaced with veg, have lost a few inches...no other changes. ❤Dr Berg

Thanks Dr. Berg🤗🤗🤗 And im really enjoying not eating fruit Between eating many wonderful vegetables, moderate proteins, high fats such as coconut oil, real butter, olive oil, ripe olives, avocados, chia seeds, etc... I don't even crave fruit, candy, cookies, cake, pies, rice, pasta, breads, crackers, cereals, etc...any I also get in a kale smoothie a day as well, and also 1 fat coffee bomb in every morning with coconut oil & a little stevia😋😋😋 THIS IS SOOOO I wish I could of known about this way of eatting long ago, but I sure am glad I know about it It's working Dr. Berg!!! It's working!!! Im turning insulin resistance around☺☺☺!!! Once again... THANK YOU FOR TELLING PEOPLE THE THE TRUTH GOES A LONG WAY.

I feel #4 so much! Whenever I tried to have sugar in moderation I always ended up bingeing on sugar & carbs. Every. single. time! Then I'd have to start all over again. The 'moderation' lie has sabotaged me so many times that I lost count. Now that I'm keto I never have cravings 😃

Great video Dr. Berg. As an RN I witnessed first hand (for years) how the same old advice didn't work for people. I was so excited to find Keto, lose weight, and get so much healthier. Also, raw pecans are my achilles heel!

I completely agree with Dr. Berg's 1st point! I've been doing my intermittent fasting and working out, and I've actually gained 5 pounds... but my stomach has never looked thinner... 💔GONE! And my clothes have never fit better. People forget that muscle weighs more than fat!! I remember as a teen, I was OBSESSED with the number on the scale, more than what I was looking at in the mirror. But now, I can see just how ass backwards that thinking was🤦🏼‍♀️I'm 36 now, and I cannot remember the last time I weighed myself...
