Do you track your calories? If so, do you recommend an easy way to do so. I'm stuck right now at 15% body fat and under my goal weight by 5 pounds. I'm not sure whether to bulk or cut. I've gotten away with not tracking calories and being consistent with going to the gym, following my routine, and eating quality calories. So I guess this has multiple questions: 1) how do you know when to bulk or cut, 2 when do you decide to change, 3 diet wise, how do your decisions change, 4 do you add cardio or use cardio at all?

Love the video!

Id like to see you touch on bodybuilding through calisthenics (if you haven’t already). Im particularly curious about progress overload with it. I know there is a target rep range for traditional bodybuilding hypertrophy something like 8-12, but can you get the same hypertrophic effect from progressing something like a pushup from 50 reps to 60 reps over time?

I like to workout in the morning, after i wake up, have a meal, do a 45 min fast cardio and then do my workout. What i need to know is that if i only eat fat and protein would my body use for energy source fat? Because im not giving it carbs... i have made a research and some studys prove that you can turn your body to use fat just by giving it fat and protein in the morning. The objective is to loose fat, im in a caloric defice of 700kcal...

Can you make a video about cardio implementation for an obese individual like me😅? I watched the last video of channel named: jeremy either but didn't quite get the idea of how to continue cardio for long time (for me:1.5 years).
