Thanks again for the tips. And proving that all the hip diets are mostly for being intersting at birthdaypartys. Or trying to be ;o) And a toptip for a ridingsnack are stroopwafels. You can get them at Dutch stores like the HEMA in London. After lockdown probably.

Hi Will, Im a fan of your content. I have one particular problem. I count my calories (1900 per day acc. to MyFitnessPall), my fat loose is visible, power is good (i have o base training, for me thats 13-14h per week). The problem is, that my weight is not going down, the "number" is stuck and as you know, weight is really important for cyclist. Whats wrong? Thank you for your response! Tom

Hey will, I recently saw a video of yours from 8 months ago. You spoke of supplements that improve endurance performance. Do you think sodium phosphate would also be a helpful supplement?
