I do DB pullovers on chest day, but at any rate it’s probably the worlds most underrated exercise. Totally grows upper chest, Lats, and even triceps.

Unless it's a horizontal movement its not doing ya chest but put it down to how you think it connects with ya muscle

arnold use to do the pull overs to stretch the rib cage to make his chest longer from top to bottom. and arnold had the best chest ever. im sure it does your lats also but it does stretch your rib cage
