One of my biggest habits that I can't seem to break since I've been playing for 10 years, is when I'm playing really fast I tend to lift my pinky higher then the rest of my fingers, but I do it so fast I don't think it really affects my playing, but I'm sure if I could keep it lower like the rest of my fingers it would definitely be better, not really sure how to break this habit lol
