Guys this shake countains a pretty big amount of calories.
Milk is 150kcal.
Peamut butter is around 400kcal.
Oats are around 150kcal.
Banana is around 100kcal.
Don't know about the honey tho nor the protein powder.
So this shake has around 800kcal at least

Many people are commenting about without whey ! So guys just for gaining you can add some other options like dates, nuts and some seeds like chia, pumpkin etc ofcourse it will be less in protien but again these are some good alternatives !

Bro try my diet : 100gm chana = 364 calories
300 ml milk : 131 calories
4 banana : 420 calories
4 roti : 480 calories
Again 300 ml milk : 131 calories
100 gm of rice: 130 calories
Total calories : 1656 calories

Even if we dont add whey protein in this shake the will contain 30-32 gms of protein acc to me
And the calories will lie between 750- 800 somewhere

divide this shake in 2 parts. if you workout in the evening, drink it in the morning and post workout
if you workout in the morning, drink is after workout and before sleeping after dinner.
drinking it almost all at once is crazy hard. if you drink that all in the morning you'll feel really heavy and sleepy and have no space to eat your next meal easily. if you drink that all in the evening, you would struggle so hard because of your last meal. and if you drink it before dinner you wouldn't be able to finish dinner.

Hello! I am starter in both gym and the diet i need to gain weight and muscle well probably everyone is struggling with calories more than protein, all in all i tried to make smoothie…. With oats and pretty much everything you added however problem is it’s extremely bad like bad…. I feel oats in my palate which makes it pretty much impossible to drink properly, any possible ways to replace oats? With something else? Like greek yogurt or something?
